At some point in life, you’d find these characters who are always in an urgent mode of functioning. Even if the situation doesn’t require it, they’d seem to be as if the world is going to come to an end if that or this doesn’t happen. And sometimes they are rightful to do so because the situation indeed calls for that. But what is to be realised by this frequently occurring ‘predicament’ is that what will happen will happen in the worst of situations and there’s be nothing that you can do about it.
If the worst happens it does, if it doesn’t it doesn’t. There’s absolutely no use trying to fight against what is to be. Thereby it warranted that there is no reason to try to get hyped about fear of something. Just let it be.
